Modification or cancellation of the stay

To book your next holiday with complete peace of mind, Sea Green Campsites offers you the Tranquillity offer: modification or cancellation of your stay up to 15 days before the arrival date.

Conditions of the Tranquility offer :
– The option to change or cancel is free;
– Valid only for a stay of 14 nights or less in a rental property;
– Offer valid for all new bookings made before 04/01/2021. This offer is not retroactive;
– Our general terms and conditions remain unchanged. The Tranquillity offer is a temporary offer that complements our general terms and conditions for a short period of time.

Cancellation of your stay
You can cancel your stay free of charge up to 15 days before your arrival. We will reimburse the total amount paid.

Changing your stay
You can change your stay up to 15 days before your arrival (new dates, change of accommodation, stay at another Sea Green campsite,…).
If you wish to make a change and inform us of your new dates, please contact us on 05 64 10 20 20.
Any difference in price between the original booking and your change will be charged to you. No refund will be possible if your new stay is cheaper than the previous one.
